Just last year Marcus Lattimore might have had the worst knee injury ever in sports when he tore every tendon in his knee, during a hit during his senior year. Well just about a half of a year has passed from the injury and Lattimore could be ready sometime in the 2013 season?
According to Ian Rapopport of NFL.com the former gamecock back will start the season on the PUP giving him hope to play a snap in 2013.

If Lattimore can return this would be a huge risk, but could pay off for Lattimore in the long run, if others are injured along the way.
NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport reported Friday that coach Jim Harbaugh said Lattimore will start the season on the non-football injury list.
