What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

My parents put me and my brothers in football around the 3rd grade. We were always playing and doing sports, our uncle knew it would be great for us because we were always into something and we watched our older cousins play everything.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My favorite moment from my football life has not occurred yet hopefully, but my most memorable would be my first sack against Notre Dame in 2019.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

I wanna achieve so much it’s hard to put a limit on myself in anything, given the right opportunity I think I can go as far as I want in this game.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

I think me and Von Miller would get along.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My older brother, he is a big reason I decided to take football serious, his story inspires me to keep going.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

I don’t have a favorite but I feel like the new look 3-4 with athletic OLBs is the most explosive I’ve seen when it comes to LB play and Sack/TFL production.

What should we know about Nick Okeke the person?

Very outgoing, super personable, I love laughter and love full circle moments where people bring something to fruition.

What stands out about your film the most?

Athleticism, versatility, length, GPS to the football, IQ.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

Staying even keeled and unbothered life happens I accept I can’t control everything and that it’s happening for a reason.

What would a team get in a player like you?

Nick Okeke is a all around athlete, all about the game and his teammates, a product of the process.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

Teammates, winning, and general life of being a football player I appreciate the ability to play the game at this level.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

I could say me 100%, but Javian Hawkins I was for sure he was gonna be a superstar in the league he was a really great RB at Louisville when I played there.
