On Sunday in Warner Robins, Georgia Jontel Williams a high school football player for Northside High School was shot and killed.

Jontel was a cornerback for Northside and stood at 6’1 and weighed 165 pounds. He was a squatting 300 plus pounds in the gym, and was always working on his craft.

Northside High School Principal released this statement on the death of the standout football player.

“The Northside High School family is heartbroken to hear of the death of Jontel Williams. He was well liked by his classmates and teachers, and he will be greatly missed. Our goal is for all of our graduates to have a promising future, and we are saddened that his has been cut short. our thoughts are with his family, friends, and the entire Eagle Nation during this difficult time.”

Jontel leaves behind a Mother, Father and sister. Please keep the family and friends in your prayers during this tragic situation.
