NFL Draft Diamonds has been bringing our readers Prospect Interviews over the past 3 years and this year we mixed up the questions and added some fun questions for our readers. Cornerback

Where do you play college football?

Kennesaw State University 

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

The coolest thing that I’ve done was go to elementary schools around the Kennesaw area and read to them. I also got a chance to play basketball with them during P.E. 

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Statistics 

Where are you from?

Decatur, Georgia, but played High School ball in Covington, Georgia

Who is your role model, and why?

My mom, and because she has done so much for me. She’s done so much I can’t even explain, she makes me feel like anything is possible

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Baseball, Basketball, and Track

Did you play any other positions in football?

Wide Receiver 

At your position, what separates you from others?

My Technique, my competitiveness, and being able to take coaching and speed

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

The wide receivers that I will be going against. The routes they run based on their splits. Down and distance plays and how they release off the line. 

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

When I was at App State we played Michigan, and they had Devin Funchess. 

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Desmond Trufant, he’s a technician and I like the way he plays. 

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

Tearing up my knee my freshman year in college, and a lot of prayer and faith in God and my will to come back stronger and faster than I was before, which I did.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

A short workout in the morning and of course I pray, and go over all my keys and imagine myself making the plays.

What is your biggest strength?

Speed, technique, and competitiveness

Probably me wanting to be perfect in every play, which is tough at the cornerback position

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

Your getting a player that is going to do right off the field and on the field your getting a player who is going to work his butt off and do any and everything to help the team achieve the goals set.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

I like Deion, and my favorite team growing up would have to be Atlanta

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

Jesus, Martin Luther King Jr, and Deion Sanders

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

My mom something really nice to thank her for all the sacrifices and support.
