Did Mike McDaniel lie about the Tua Tagovailoa concussion? He definitely changed his story
Mike McDaniel has been caught up in the Miami Dolphins and Tua Tagovailoa concussion madness, and it is likely not fair, but you have to ask yourself if the Dolphins are trying to cover things up.
On December 26th, Coach McDaniel told reporters Tua met with doctors and told them he had some symptoms.
So that made it sound like Tua admitted that he had some symptoms after resting a day. Well, McDaniel recently switched his story on December 28th, claiming they were watching film and he noticed consistency of things he studied daily on tape, and encouraged him to talk to doctors.
I am not trying to say that the Dolphins are in fact covering things up, but that is a big consistency. If Tua had symptoms, he likely had symptoms right after it happened too. I know Tua is not playing this week and Teddy Bridgewater will get the start, but this is some serious stuff they are playing around with.
