Almost 15 years to the date Aaron Rodgers replaced an injured Brett Favre, tonight Jordan Love replaced an injured Aaron Rodgers
The Green Bay Packers have been blessed at the quarterback position. In the past 15 years they have really only had two quarterbacks at the helm. It was damn near 15 years ago to the day when Aaron Rodgers replaced an injured Brett Favre in Dallas which ended up being the end of Favre in Green Bay.
Tonight, Aaron Rodgers against Philadelphia went down to an injury and former first round pick Jordan Love came in to replace the injured Rodgers throwing a touchdown immediately.
I am not saying the writing is on the wall, but the Packers look horrible and need a new spark. At this point the Packers front office has to be thinking about moving on from Rodgers. There is no way they are going to be able to win and pay the players that deserve it with Rodgers on the roster.
I think it is safe to say Jordan Love’s era is about to begin in Green Bay. Do you agree?
