David Bennett Galloway Is a star running back in South Carolina. He was rated as one of the top running backs in the State and now he is facing criminal charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
According to reports, The Richland County Sheriff’s Department charged 18-year-old David Bennett Galloway, a senior at Chapin High School, with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor age 11 to 14 on Thursday.
Galloway was released from jail Thursday on a $45,000 Personal Recognizance bond on two conditions. Judge Tobias Ward ordered that he have no contact with the victim, either directly or indirectly through phone, text, email, or social media. Galloway will also have to remain on house arrest from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily until further notice.
Galloway had a bright future and now this is happening. The Chaplin High School star running back was committed to play football next year at North Carolina State.
