Former Ohio State football standout Ivan Douglas dead at 41 from COVID-19

Former Ohio State offensive lineman Ivan Douglas passed away this week after losing a battle to COVID-19.

Former Ohio State Offensive Tackle Ivan Douglas is dead after a battle with COVID-19. Douglas was just 31 years old.

Many will remember Douglas from the 2002 National Championship football team who played with Maurice Clarett and Craig Krenzel.

According to reports, Douglas died after a battle with COVID-19. He was just 41 years old.

GoFundMe page set up by Douglas’ family said he was hospitalized on Sept. 22 after contracting the virus and had remained in an intensive care unit before he died on Thursday.

According to the Go Fund Me page he is leaving behind two young children. Please pray for the family and friends of Douglas.
