Arizona high school quarterback Aden Morris and his Mother Tish died in a car accident
Aden Morris was a freshman quarterback that recently transferred to Queen Creek High School in Arizona. He had a bright future. According to the AZ Republic, Morris and his Mother Tish were both killed in a traffic accident this past week.
According to the report a Ford F-150 pickup truck traveling south on SR-87 crossed the centerline, sideswiping a Dodge Ram truck and a Ford Explorer that were heading north. A second Ford F-150 heading south, driven by 38-year-old Tish Morris and also carrying Aden, 15, collided with the other Ford pickup that caused the crash, causing the Morris truck to cross to the northbound side and down a hill, into a canyon off SR-87.
This is the second high school football standout to die via a car accident this month in Arizona. Just this week, Edward Crocker lost his life after being thrown from a vehicle in Phoenix.
A GoFundMe account was established for the family by Gary Dewitt a family friend. This is such a sad story.
Aden had such a bright future as a quarterback. Aden dreamed of playing Division I football at Clemson University in South Carolina, his determination inspiring the entire team. Almost 200 people gathered this week for a vigil. Aden will be missed, this is such a horrible accident, please keep Tony and the rest of the friends and family of the Morris’ in your prayers.
