XFL Fantasy Football Rankings: XFL Defensive Rankings after week 4
1. Houston Roughnecks
The Roughnecks have Corey Crawford on the defensive line who’s a menace. They have 4 linebackers who can do anything in Latroy Lewis, Edmond Robinson, Beniquez Brown and Demarquis Gates and probably have the deepest group at LB. And in the secondary they have Cody Brown, Jeremiah Johnson and Deatrick Nichols who have all had amazing games. The Roughnecks D is really good at all areas.
2. Saint Louis Battlehawks
They have a good pass rush in Andrew Ankrah, Gimel President and Casey Sayles. They have a good leader at linebacker in Terrance Garvin. And they have a really good secondary with Dexter McCoil, Will Hill and Kenny Robinson. The Battlehawks are also really good but I think that the Roughnecks have more good linebackers.
3. Tampa Bay Vipers
The pass rush is starting to ramp up with Obum Gwacham back which was there one problem. Terrance Plummer leads the linebacking core. And in the secondary they have Marcelis Branch who has been awesome and Tarvarus McFadden who keeps getting INTs.
4. Dallas Renegades
The pass rush is ok with Frank Alexander and Gerald Rivers. The linebacking core has Tegray Scales and Asantay Brown who have been awesome. Then Derron Smith , Treston Decoud and Josh Hawkins have been good in the secondary.
5. Seattle Dragons
They need a pass rush which is there only concern. But they have a Steven Johnson who has been so great as a linebacker. And the secondary has been awesome with Jeremy Clark, Channing Stribling and Godwin Igwebuike.
6. LA Wildcats
Devin Taylor has been the main pass rusher and been really good. The linebacking core kinda took a step back need to stop the run. And the secondary played average but they have the guys who can be awesome in the secondary.
7. New York Guardians
The pass rush has been really good with Cavon Walker and Jarrell Owens. But the linebacking core hasn’t played that well. And besides Jamar Summers the secondary has not played well.
8. DC Defenders
What was once the number 1 defense is now a huge mess. They Defenders have absolutely no pass rush. The linebacking core has let RBs run over them. And the secondary has been ok but nothing special.
