matt moore hometown discount? — Matt Moore of the Dolphins was crushed by Bud Dupree and the NFL believes the Dolphins did not follow proper protocol.

The Miami Dolphins may have not followed the correct protocol when Matt Moore was crushed in the playoffs. The NFL made their decision on the hit and threatened the Dolphins with a fine if they did not following the proper procedures from here on out.
