Dolphins were warned by the NFL for not following proper procedures on Matt Moore concussion
The Miami Dolphins may have not followed the correct protocol when Matt Moore was crushed in the playoffs. The NFL made their decision on the hit and threatened the Dolphins with a fine if they did not following the proper procedures from here on out.
