Marv Levy says he would come back and coach the Bills; He is 91 years old
Marv Levy was the best Buffalo Bills coach ever, but he is not getting any younger. The 91 year old Levy was on 104.5 The Team in Albany and was asked about the current state of the Bills. The former ball coach said he would love to come back and coach the Bills again.
“I might do it,” Levy said. “It was one of those things where after forty seven years of coaching I really needed to get that deep breath to step aside but after a couple of years passed I very much would have liked to come back…. But I’d do it but I’m not deluding myself to think that the offer would come. If the offer did come I sure would consider it. Sure.”
Levy was tied with George Halas as the oldest coach ever in the NFL at the age of 72. Tom Coughlin is 70 and still getting interviews, so that record could change very soon.
