Karlos Dansby says he would have committed suicide if he was Johnny Manziel

Johnny Manziel's domestic violence case will be heard by a Grand Jury on Thursday
Johnny Manziel had to deal with a lot in Cleveland

Today on the Jim Rome Show, linebacker Karlos Dansby showed a little sympathy for his former teammate Johnny Manziel.  While it is not the way you would usually show sympathy, Dansby had some strong comments.

“I probably would have committed suicide. Ain’t no telling what would have took place,” Dansby said. “I couldn’t handle none of it. Nobody in that building could handle any of that pressure that man was under.”

“Because it’s specifically for him, and that’s how God designed it,” Dansby continued. “That’s his pressure, only he can handle that. You can only put so much on you that only you can handle. [God’s] not going to give you more than you handle, so he can handle it, I couldn’t handle it, and I told him that to his face. I couldn’t handle what you’re going through right now, I can’t. I can’t live that for you.”

I still hope Johnny Manziel can turn his career around.  He really wants to suit up this year but I doubt it happens. His attorney Jim Darnell, made this comment today.

“His immediate plans are to start getting ready for football,” said Darnell, per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com. “We’re working on it.”

I actually feel bad for Johnny Manziel, do you?
