The Philadelphia Eagles have been working hard this off-season and now they are trying to build their offensive line. According to Mike Garafolo the Eagles signed former Jaguars and Raiders offensive lineman Stefen Wisniewski to a one year deal. The team also re-signed offensive lineman Matt Tobin
