Today the Pittsburgh Steelers rewarded one of their own by giving him a nice contract extension. According to Jason LaCanfora of CBS Sports, the Steelers reached an agreement with safety Robert Golden worth 5 million dollars over three years.

Golden was signed by the Steelers as an undrafted free agent in 2012. He played college football at Arizona. He was named a special teams co-captain along with Shaun Suisham for the 2014 season.
