Mississippi high school star football player Jamarcus Hall found dead at his home

Houston Mississippi high school football standout Jamarcus Hall was found dead at his home around 7 am this past week.

This young man was one of the best football players in the state. It is such a tragic loss for the state of Mississippi and his family/friends.

Coroner has not determined the cause of death at this moment.

The 6’5, 296-pound pass rusher was one of the best players in Houston City, Mississippi. He was a huge kid with great skills.

He was 6-5 tall, weighs 296 pounds, has great length, wide shoulders and big hands. Mississippi State’s Mike Leach and his staff had their first chance to look at Hall during their June 11th camp. And they liked him so much that Leach offered him immediately after the camp.

Jamarcus is survived by his father, Jerry Stevenson, four brothers, Jaquavis Brownlee, Ricardo, Earnest, and Walter Stevenson, and six sisters, Jaquwase Hall, Angie Coleman, Arlisha Simmons, Candace, Jennifer, and Danielle Stevenson

Jamarcus was preceded in death by his mother, Jacqueline Hall
