The Chicago Bears made a move today to find themselves a new tight end. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL media insiders, the Bears signed tight end Josh Hill to an offer sheet. 
New Orleans has five days to match the offer. Since Hill was tendered at the right-of-first-refusal level, the Saints won’t receive any compensation if they decline.
