49ers have not given Colin Kaepernick trade permission yet, but several teams already have interest
San Francisco 49ers have not made a decision yet on Colin Kaepernick, but it sounds like there will be suitors. The Browns and Texans both will have interest and do have interest according to Ian Rapoport. According to RapSheet, the money is not an issue with the Kaepernick party. It is the situation.

#49ers still hope Colin Kaepernick is their QB in ’16. If not, #Texans & #Browns (at least) will have some interest. No trade permission yet
