Broncos sign former Fordham TE Dan Light; Team cuts WR Solomon Patton

Today the Denver Broncos brought in one of the most highly sought tight ends available. Dan Light tore up the FCS at Fordham but suffered an injury which knocked him off many teams draft boards.

Light was signed today and the 6’5 pass catcher could impress the Broncos with the few weeks he has remaining in preseason.

In a corresponding move the Broncos released wide receiver Solomon Patton.
