Patriots veteran Devin McCourty does not want to play cornerback

Devin McCourty hopes to remain a safety with the Patriots

The New England Patriots are struggling trying to find cornerbacks, after losing Darrelle Revis, Brandon Browner, Kyle Arrington and Alonzo Dennard.

Devin McCourty has been moved back and forth between positions, but he is not happy. He really wants to stay at the safety position.

“I want to play safety, but it’s out of my control, so whatever the coaches decide is what it will have to be.”

The Patriots need another cornerback or two, and I hope McCourty remains happy.
