Packers have signed small school tight end; Cut Travis Manning

Today the Green Bay Packers signed former small school tight end Harold Spears. Spears was a standout for University of New Hampshire.

Spears was recently released by the Saints, but he can play. In a corresponding move the team released Travis Manning.
