Browns signed Paul Browning – CSU – Pueblo, wide receiver, E.J. Bibbs – Iowa State – TE, Rodman Noel – LB – NC State, SS Landon Feichter (Purdue), TE Kevin Haplea (Florida State), WR Darius Jennings (Virginia), RB Luke Lundy (Ottawa), DB Brandon Stephens (Miami Ohio).
