Washington Redskins have released Barry Cofield and Stephen Bowen; Saves 10 million
According to Mike McCartney the agent of Washington Redskins defensive tackle Barry Cofield, Cofield has been released. The Washington Redsksins signed Ricky Jean Francois yesterday and today they are already cutting Barry.

The combined savings from the Barry Cofield and Bowen cuts is nearly $10 million; releasing Bowen saved $5.5 million alone.
