The NFL is likely going to have to reinstate him. They suspended him earlier during the year, for two games. The problem is he does not have a team.

It will be interesting to see what team signs him. A few teams to keep an eye on is San Francisco, Seattle, Miami, and Indianapolis.
Ray Rice can sign immediately with any team.
