According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Caplan, the Eagles worked out free agent cornerback Roc Carmichael last week and today the Eagles re-signed him and placed Earl Wolff on the I/R in a corresponding move.
Carmichael, a former Eagles player, has been on the market since being released by Philadelphia in late August. The 26-year old defensive back really struggled in preseason and hasn’t had an opportunity to work in the NFL since.
