Texans will have David Quessenberry serve as their honorary captain on Thursday Night
David Quessenberry, the Texans offensive lineman who has been battling lymphoma since he was diagnosed early in the offseason program, will be honored at Thursday night’s nationally televised game against Indianapolis.
Quessenberry, who continues to undergo treatment, will lead the Texans out of the tunnel before the game for first place in the AFC South Division. He will serve as a home-field advantage captain as well as an honorary game captain for the Texans.
