Texans cut FB from practice squad; Sign a OLB
Today the Houston Texans released fullback Toben Opurum from the practice squad. In a corresponding move the Texans signed outside linebacker Jason Ankrah.

Ankrah’s CAREER AT NEBRASKA
• Played defensive end in college
• Appeared in 49 games and started 31 of them
• Wrapped up his career with 81 total stops, 18 tackles for loss, seven sacks and eight quarterback hurries
• Improved each season, recording career bests in tackles, tackles for loss and sacks each season
