Today the Oakland Raiders signed former University of Miami standout Ray Ray Armstrong. Armstrong was released yesterday by the St. Louis Rams. Armstrong is a 6 foot for 225 pound safety converted to a linebacker.
In a corresponding move the team placed LB Kaluka Maiava on injured reserve.
