According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com the team is cutting receiver David Nelson. The New York Daily News’ Manish Mehta first reported the news.

Nelson only had eight receptions this year. Nelson and Harvin were college teammates for three years at Florida and won national championships in 2006 and 2008 together.
The team for some reason believes in T.J. Graham over David Nelson. I do not see this working out well for them.
