Alabama tight end had over 100 grams of marijuana in his dorm room
A search conducted by the West Alabama Narcotics Task Force yielded 112 grams of marijuana and $4,661 in cash in the dorm room of Alabama reserve tight end Kurt Freitag, but Freitag apparently was not charged.

On October 7th, 2014, agents with the West Alabama Narcotics Task Force observed and recorded a drug transaction outside Bryant Hall, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, involving Kurt Freitag. Agents were able to identifyMr. Freitag through a confidential informant. Agents made contact with Mr. Freitag, read him Miranda in room 413 of Bryant Hall and was given permission to search. Approximately 112 grams of marijuana was seized from Mr. Freitag’s room. Also seized from the room was Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-One ($4,661.00) Dollars,lawful cash, coin or currency of the United States of America.
This does not look good for the school, even though Freitag has not been charged.
