Chargers could be without Antonio Gates now for Monday’s Game
San Diego Chargers Tight end Antonio Gates apparently tweaked his hamstring during a morning practice at the team facility.Gates is listed as questionable, by definition “50-50,” to face the Cardinals during Monday night’s season opener.
Ladarius Green likely would see an increased role should Gates be limited or inactive. San Diego, not lacking for depth at tight end, also carries John Phillips and hybrid fullback David Johnson.
If you have Ladarius Green in fantasy this might be the week to play him. Especially with Gates not being 100%.
