Bears are expected to sign a long snapper soon
Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune the Bears are expected to sign LS Jeremy Cain to a contract.
Chicago waived Brandon Hartson on Sunday, so they are in need of a long-snapper before the season gets underway for them this weekend.
The team has been scrambling to find a long snapper since Patrick Mannelly retired.
