Mike Reiss is a very well rounded reporter in New England and is reporter for the Patriots. He feels that the Patriots former 90th overall pick Jake Bequette from Arkansas could be done with the Patriots. The Patriots do a very good job at drafting and this year they spent a sixth rounder on Zach Moore from Concordia (St. Paul) and he has been super impressive. Reiss feels he is impressive enough that he is a sure fire lock to the Patriots roster.
This is horrible news for the former Arkansas pass rusher. The Patriots have no problem finding talent and letting a draft pick go. They have released several draft picks lately, if you cannot play, you cannot play.
