Since returning to Cleveland the Browns have been horrible; Can Johnny change that?

The Cleveland Browns have not been very good since returning to the city back in 1999. They have only made the playoffs one time, and that was in 2002.  While the team has been pretty bad as late, I would expect that to soon change.  Johnny Manziel is a very solid football player, and while the Browns would like to hold him out and let him learn behind Brian Hoyer, the team might be forced to eventually play Johnny Manziel.

If Johnny Football can come in mid season, he could be a huge asset to the team.  When you look at their roster, the team will be without Josh Gordon probably to start the season.  If that is the case, why not let a veteran start the season.  It is not like Manziel is going to come in and work miracles.  If the team is not winning early, expect the team to play Johnny Football.  If JFF, does come in and play mid season their are quite a bit of winnable games.  If Johnny starts week 7, he could help the team make the playoffs with a late push.  Their roster looks like this from week 7 on.

Jacksonville Jaguars – Week 7 – Picked 3rd

Oakland Raiders – Week 8 – Picked 5th

Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Week 9 – Picked 7th

Cincinnati Bengals – Week 10

Houston Texans – Week 11 – Picked 1st

Atlanta Falcons – Week 12 – Picked 6th

Buffalo Bills – Week 13 – Picked 9th

Indianapolis Colts – Week 14

Cincinnati Bengals – Week 15

Carolina Panthers – Week 16

Baltimore Ravens – Week 17

– I don’t know about you, but that is six winnable games, if they can split with the Bengals, Ravens and Steelers and beat the Titans in week 2, this team could be a ten win team in 2014.
