Have the Eagles ever stated that Desean Jackson was cut for gang related reasons?
I am not trying to stick up for Desean Jackson or Philadelphia Eagles, but I have not read a sungle report saying that D-Jax was released by the Eagles because of gang related issues from the organization.
I keep hearing people talking about an article written by nj.com that stated Jackson was affiliated with a gang from Los Angeles. While this maybe true, it was never the reason the team sent him packing.
I have read everywhere the team would keep a player who is racist in Riley Cooper over a gang member, but when has the team stated the reason for his release? They never have said anything, so why is it getting so much publicity?
