The Minnesota Vikings were one of the 30 teams on hand for Johnny Manziel’s pro day at Texas A&M, and while many were impressed the Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer was not impressed.
As far as Zimmer was concerned, the pro day — which drew the attendance of former president George HW Bush and his wife, Barbara — was nothing more than a sideshow.
“The huddles and the different things and the music. The sideshow stuff,” Zimmer said, via Brian T. Smith of Ultimate Texans. “It was a sideshow.”
