According to the Chicago Tribune the Chicago Bears will look to add competition to the back up quarterback position, but according to Brad Biggs Jordan Palmer is currently penciled in as the back-up.

@BradBiggs: Yes, #Bears will create competition for Jordan Palmer but the No. 2 job looks like his to lose from this vantage point.
