Rookie DC Jefferson made it quite some time on the Arizona Cardinals roster. The former Rutgers stand out had a very high draft grade when coming out of school last year and was a very solid pass catcher. Well today he was replaced by a veteran tight end in Jake Ballard.
Ballard will be a huge upgrade over Jim Dray in Arizona. This could be a very big signing, especially if Ballard can return back to the old New York Giant form. The Cardinals love to pass the ball and Jake Ballard could take off in this new system.
