The Patriots landed Isaac Sopoaga today for a draft pick. After losing Vince Wilfork the Pats were desperately looking for help. Well today the landed a stud.

@GeoffMosherCSN: Eagles have dealt Isaac Sopoaga to New England along with a 6th round pick for the Pats’ 5th rounder.
