Jets are aiming for the Patriots, Rex tells players to rest and not to do any household chores
Rex Ryan is trying to get his players killed, because according to newly signed Josh Cribbs, Rex is aiming hard for the Patriots. In a huge division game, in which the Jets are going to want to win, REXY is pulling out all punches. Cribbs talks about a comment that Rex stated:
“I can tell he really wants this game,” said Cribbs, according to the team. “He was like, ‘Rest your legs. Don’t do nothing for your wife. Say, baby next week. I’m going to do it next week. I’m going to take out the trash next week. I’ll take the kids to practice next week, but I have to rest for this game.”
“I’m going to tell him to put it on paper so when I give it to my wife, I can be like, ‘Hey, Rex said that I don’t have to take out the trash.’ So, he might get a call from my wife.”
While I see where Rex is going, I honestly believe they are going to need to do quite a bit more than not take out the trash. If the Jets beat the Patriots, I would be shocked, but hey this is the NFL, crazier things have happened.
