What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2024 NFL Draft

My Versatility makes me a top prospect in the upcoming draft. I have shown that I can play numerous spots on the field and make plays. My combination of speed, strength, and instincts matched with my desire to make plays all play a role in my being a top prospect for the upcoming draft.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I was introduced to the sport of football at age 5. I grew up playing flag football and couldn’t wait until I was old enough to play tackle.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

Teams should know that I’m a guy who will come in every single day looking to get better than I was yesterday.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

If I could donate to one cause in the world it would be to a place that works to ensure everyone in the world has clean drinking water.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

“If it was easy everyone would do it” is some of the best advice I have ever received. To be successful in football and in life you must be willing to do things that others aren’t to get ahead.

Who was your childhood hero?

My mom was my childhood hero and still is.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

My biggest pet peeve is when people chew with their mouth open.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

Injuries have been the hardest moments/times to overcome for me. Being away from the guys and not being able to do what you love is very difficult, but it does help you appreciate the moment more when you are back.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

I’d say the support from the community for our football team is something that is so special to me. The support our football team gets from the people of Saskatoon is unmatched across the country and our gameday experience because of them is something that means a lot.

What is your favorite snack food?

My favorite snack would be jerky.

What is the best part of football?

The best part of football is the physicality and the relationships you build.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

I’m a good teammate, selfless, hardworking, determined guy who will put it on the line week in and week out, you can’t go wrong with a guy like that.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

Luke Kuechly is someone I have always admired. He set himself apart from others by his preparation and understanding what’s coming next better than most. That is something I try to emulate from him.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

  • My Grandpa because he is someone I have always looked up to and the time we have together is invaluable.
  • Tom Brady because he was my favourite player growing up and I think the knowledge he could share in a personal setting would be incredible.
  • David Goggins because he is someone who has done it all. He has mastered his mind to always be accepting of new challenges and I think the knowledge he would share would be inspiring, motivating and give me new insight to make potential changes in my own life to better myself.
